About Us
Minematters Foundation Inc. is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering minds and cultivating hope through mental health awareness, youth empowerment, and community outreach. This holiday season, we’re hosting our annual Toy Drive Donation and Distribution Event to bring smiles to children and families in need across the DFW area.
Volunteer Roles Needed
We’re looking for passionate and reliable volunteers to help us make this year’s toy drive a success! Whether you enjoy organizing, coordinating, or working hands-on with the community, there’s a role for you.
Available Roles Include:
- Administrative Support: Assist with registration, volunteer check-ins, and data entry.
- Logistics & Setup Crew: Help with sorting, packing, and transporting toys.
- Event Assistants: Support during the distribution day with crowd management and guiding families.
- Outreach & Promotions: Share event flyers, contact local businesses, and spread awareness.
- Gift Wrapping & Decorations: Add that festive touch to make every child’s experience special!
Who We’re Looking For
- High school or college students, community members, or corporate groups passionate about giving back.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to help in a fast-paced, cheerful environment.
- No experience necessary, just a heart to serve!
