Dear Future-RLM Foundation Volunteer,
We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to invite you to volunteer your time and organizational expertise to assist with coordination efforts for the upcoming RLM Health Fair(s).
In this role, you would help with essential communication and outreach tasks, including:
- Sending email requests to potential and past exhibitors and vendors,
- Assisting with follow-up and organization of sponsorship outreach, and
- Helping to promote and market the event.
Most of the work can be completed remotely by email or phone, with in-person or video chat meetings scheduled as needed.
Your support will make a meaningful difference in ensuring a well-organized and successful event that benefits our community. We would be grateful to have your professionalism and attention to detail as part of our planning team.

All that is required are good verbal skills and the ability to keep the events you tend to organized.
If you are interested in helping organize a health fair focused on cardiovascular (heart) and metabolic (Diabetes and cholesterol disorders) diseases, please respond to this solicitation with your contact information.
