Volunteer Opportunities for Jam on The River 2026 - A Family Friendly Community Festival

The Ferndale Chamber of Commerce is seeking volunteers to help make Jam on The River a success!

Jam on The River will be at Ferndale’s Centennial Riverwalk Park on Friday, June 26, and Saturday, June 27, 2026! This free, all-ages festival brings the community together for a weekend of live music, tasty food trucks, a beer garden, local vendors, and fun activities for everyone. We have a variety of volunteer opportunities throughout the weekend.

We need help with:

• Event set up and tear down
• Pouring beer in the beer garden (21+ and MAST license required)
• Assisting with registration and check in
• Vendor and stage support
• Event security and guest assistance
• Roaming/back up helpers
• And more!

Additional Event Details:

Friday, June 26 | 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm

• Start the weekend off right with live music and the beer garden set along the beautiful Nooksack River.

Saturday, June 27 | 12:00 pm – 8:30 pm

• Spend the day exploring vendor booths, enjoying kids’ activities from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm, grabbing bites from food trucks, and unwinding with live music and the beer garden into the evening.
