Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our investment research and decision-making process. This role will focus on evaluating opportunities across the technology and utilities sectors, building financial models, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate investment opportunities across industry sectors, conducting equity research on public companies to assess financial health, competitive positioning, and overall investment merit

Develop and maintain financial models in Excel — including DCF and comparable company (comps) analyses — to support valuation and cash flow projection work

Analyze valuation multiples and financial statements to inform leadership's investment decisions

Synthesize research findings into clear, concise investment briefs

Present research and recommendations to senior stakeholders, contributing directly to the investment shortlisting and due diligence process

Required Skills & Competencies

Financial modeling (DCF, comps) and advanced Excel proficiency

Equity research and valuation analysis

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Clear written and verbal communication for presenting to leadership

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple projects/sectors under deadlines"
