Leadership Summit Committee Member

We are seeking passionate, organized volunteers to join our event planning team for our 2026 Annual Leadership Summit. Each year, A Moment of Magic brings together our collegiate Chapter Presidents from across the country for three days of immersive leadership development, training, and connection.

As part of this committee, you’ll collaborate with Nationwide sponsors, partners, and change-makers to create an unforgettable experience that drives forward our mission to support medically vulnerable children.

Volunteers will attend monthly planning meetings with regular communication between sessions. This role offers dedicated mentorship, hands-on experience in nonprofit event production, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Reaching out to companies to secure sponsorships and in-kind donations
• Engaging on social media to help build momentum and drive financial support
• Contributing ideas, planning support, and logistical assistance leading up to and during the event

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, reliable, and excited to contribute to a mission-driven event that creates real community impact. Experience in sponsorship outreach is preferred but not required.
