Trinity - Horse Barn Crew

How You Can Help:

As a crewmember you will care for a herd of over 20 horses in a therapeutic ranch setting. Lead by our Barn Manager, you help to uphold the professional standards of our equine facility while contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.

Weekly Tasks:

Work alongside other crewmembers. Chores include: Stall Cleaning, Aisleway Cleaning, Turnout/Catching, Watering, Hay replenishing.

Requirements:

• Physically active for 2.5 - 3 hours each shift
• Schedule at least once a week for 3 months at a time
• Be comfortable around horses in close quarters
• Lift 50lbs, sweep, shovel, walk in mud, work in all weather climates, etc
• Pass a background check and be at least 18 years of age
• Contribute to a healthy and safe therapeutic environment
• Be a reliable, consistent contributor
• Follow directions, be flexible and responsive to changes in schedules, be patient, kind, and caring
• Attend Trinity orientation
