Descripción
- Draft clear and engaging volunteer position descriptions.
- Assist in posting volunteer job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., Indeed, Idealist, LinkedIn)
- Screen volunteer applications and coordinate interview scheduling
- Source and match interested volunteers with appropriate roles.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new volunteers
- Maintain and organize volunteer records and files
- Assist with developing and updating HR-related documents
- Can commit to approximately 3-6 months in the role
- Time commitment varies: approx. 3-6 hours/week
- Location flexible — open to volunteers anywhere in the U.S.

Instrucciones:
- H4TW Team is completely formed by non paid volunteers who contribute their time remotely, why are you interested in collaborating with us as a volunteer?
- Could you commit to a minimum of 6-12 months period for this volunteer position?
- Could you volunteer around 8-10 hours per week towards the H4TW projects?
- Could you commit to attending at least two meetings per month with a designated H4TW member?
- Could you commit, generally, to responding to correspondence from designated H4TW members within 48 hours?
