Join Qmunity's Glam Squad to help create a night of dazzling performances, holiday magic, and unforgettable community connection at Werk the RinQ at Downtown Ice. Your support fosters visibility, belonging, and joyful celebration for 2SLGBTQIA+ community members, allies, and families, and brings inclusive warmth to one of downtown San José's most spectacular holigay events. Under shimmering lights, glowing palms, and sparkling ice, you'll help turn celebration into impact.

How You'll Help
- Welcome with Warmth: Greet guests enthusiastically and help set the tone for a festive, welcoming evening.
- Support the Stars: Assist performers and help manage the Meet & Greet flow so every guest enjoys a memorable experience.
- Guide the Glamour: Help guests navigate performances, photo opportunities, and event activities throughout the night.
- Create Belonging: Foster a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment for community members of all ages.
- Keep the Energy Glowing: Support event operations to help ensure a smooth guest experience from arrival to the finale.

Find us at Skate Under the Palms at Downtown Ice in downtown San José. View directions and transit details.
Check-In: Arrive 15 minutes before your shift and check in with the Glam Squad at the volunteer table near the rink entrance.
Parking: Park at the 60 Market Street Garage (entrance on 1st Street) and receive free parking validation at check-in. Additional public garages, street parking, transit, and rideshare options are available nearby.
What to Bring: Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes, dress warmly for winter, and bring your festive spirit. Refreshments provided during your shift.
