At Harmony Hospice Care we recognize that our Veterans have unique needs and deserve specialized care and personalized recognition. Our partnership with the national organization, We Honor Veterans and our Veteran Volunteer Team Members help us provide that specialized care.
Veteran Volunteers Opportunities with Harmony Hospice Care
- Attend and facilitate individual and group Veteran Ceremonies
- Visit former servicemen/women currently in Hospice Care
- Make monthly visits to partner facilities to provide Veteran Group Chats and recognitions
- Everyone’s story is important. Join our StoryCorp project and help WHV gather our Veteran’s stories and experiences to share with future generations
Patients in Columbiana, Cuyahoga, Lake, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, and Trumbull counties need you!
