Volunteer at Desert Mission Food Bank

HonorHealth Desert Mission Food Bank is seeking volunteers to help distribute food to those who need it. Our volunteers work alongside our staff to organize incoming donations and prepare them for distribution. Join Desert Mission Food Bank to help provide food to our community. Volunteer activities range depending on the need for that day, but may include:

• Bagging or sorting goods such as produce, non-perishable foods, and more
• Making Snack Packs for food-insecure grade school children
• Assembling grocery carts in the market for our food bank guests
• Working on special projects (e.g. assembling hygiene kits, grant-funded projects, etc.)

Group and individual volunteer opportunities are available. We have both one-time and ongoing volunteer opportunities.
