Volunteer in Humanitarian & Clinic Support in Ukraine

Since 2022, Global Care Force has deployed recurring mobile medical teams to communities across southern Ukraine where conflict has disrupted access to essential healthcare services.

Unlike many humanitarian organizations that make a single visit, our teams return to the same communities month after month, building trusted relationships with patients and local healthcare providers while delivering consistent, compassionate care.

We are currently recruiting volunteers to support patient registration, clinic logistics, hospitality, operations, and other essential functions that help our medical teams provide efficient, compassionate care.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Because many teams fill months in advance, we encourage interested volunteers to apply early.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients throughout the clinic experience.
• Support patient registration, clinic logistics, and daily operations.
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming clinic environment.
• Assist the medical team with non-clinical tasks as needed.
• Participate in required pre-deployment orientation and follow Global Care Force policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving communities with limited access to healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive, servant-hearted attitude.
• Ability to participate in an international deployment of approximately two weeks.
