About the Role

As our Video Content Creator/Producer, you will shape the visual voice of Outcome School. You’ll create engaging video content that highlights our students, volunteers, programs, and impact. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, enjoys creative freedom, and wants to use their skills to uplift a meaningful cause.

What You’ll Do

• Develop fresh video concepts that align with the goals, vision, and mission of Outcome School.
• Produce short‑form and long‑form videos for TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Conduct on‑camera interviews with students, volunteers, partners, and community members.
• Capture behind‑the‑scenes moments from classes, events, and student projects.
• Collaborate closely with our Social Media Manager to plan content calendars and optimize engagement.
• Take full ownership of our TikTok and YouTube channels, including posting, editing, and experimenting with new formats.
• Edit videos with a polished, professional, and youth‑friendly style that reflects our brand.
• Help shape our storytelling strategy, ensuring every video reflects our values of empowerment, community, and opportunity.
