You will provide essential support to our HR team, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, onboarding, training, and administrative functions. You’ll play a key role in helping us create an engaging and organized environment for our volunteers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment tasks, including posting openings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities by preparing materials, tracking new volunteer progress, and maintaining accurate records.
- Help manage HR documentation, databases, and files to ensure all records are up-to-date.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for training programs, HR initiatives, and team projects.
- Collaborate with HR team members on improving processes and enhancing the volunteer experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience or coursework in HR is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
