Patient Companion Volunteers briefly visit with our hospice patients. Some ways these volunteers support our patients and their families are by:
- Talking with and listening to patients
- Playing games or doing puzzles with patients
- Reading a book or playing music to a patient
- Sitting with a patient while their primary caregiver rests or runs errands
