Glow in the Dark 5K Fundraiser for Mental Health Therapy

The Foundation for Lighting Up the Dark (FLUD) is a non-profit in Twin Falls, ID. On May 15 we are hosting our second Glow in the Dark 5K to raise funds to help people pay for mental health therapy who cannot afford it on their own. We believe cost should never be a barrier to seeking help. Visit theflud.org to learn more about our mission.

We need volunteer help before the event and on race day. There is a lot to do and various ways to serve. FLUD needs volunteers to distribute flyers, gather raffle items, gather supplies, ask for donations, organize booths, facilitate lawn activities for families, support racers, provide music and lighting support, and so much more! All abilities are welcome and appreciated!
