Board of directors

Equal Access Public Media will be adding new board directors in August 2026. We seek board directors dedicated to accessibility and with a background in any of the following areas:

• Journalism
• Business
• Nonprofit
• Fundraising
• Marketing

We believe a board with a diverse set of skills and opinions keeps our organization balanced and moving in the right direction.

Responsibilities: Board directors are volunteers (unpaid) who serve for a three-year term. The board meets via remote video about three times a year and has occasional business in between that it conducts electronically. The board upholds our mission and steers the organization in a positive direction. Board directors also help promote the organization and bring in donations. Board directors must be located in the United States.
