The Market Research Analyst will be responsible for researching and analyzing trends within the wellness community, healing modalities, and events industry. This role will gather insights on healers, wellness practitioners, holistic businesses, and event organizers to guide our platform’s growth strategy. The analyst will support marketing, business development, and product teams by providing data-driven insights that help connect practitioners with seekers in the wellness community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on wellness, various healing modalities, wellness rituals markets to identify business opportunities, audience behavior, and emerging trends.
- Collect and interpret data on wellness/spiritual event organizers, practitioners, and holistic businesses to understand their needs, pricing models, and digital adoption.
- Monitor competitor platforms, event directories, and wellness marketplaces to benchmark performance and uncover gaps.
- Analyze consumer preferences, including participation in retreats, workshops, and online events.
- Provide insights to support platform development, subscription models, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management, summarizing market trends and recommending actionable strategies.
- Support partnerships team with data insights to build collaborations with event organizers, healers, and wellness centers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Prior experience as a Market Research Analyst, preferably in wellness, events, or digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau/Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into insights for non-technical teams.
- Passion for holistic wellness, spirituality, and community-driven platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in wellness, holistic health, or event-based industries.
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM, automations, reporting, and campaign tracking.
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics, SEO trends, and social media analytics.
- Understanding of customer behavior in subscription-based platforms.
