TUTOR (Retired)special ed./ POW! Math (& writing, science) tutoring for ages 4-12; ALL ABILITIES, Midweek, 4-6PM

This is a long- term position.

POW! provides free enrichment programs to children of all abilities, ages and backgrounds.

We are looking for volunteers who would like to tutor in-person diverse children of all abilities. Currently we need math, writing and reading and science support for grades 1-9. We encourage you to apply a multi-sensory approach for our population (include movement, games, songs, acting, lots of first demonstration, then together, then alone-practice, visuals,..). Special Education background a plus nut not needed.

We need 1:1 instructors with experience for neurodivergent- individuals and those with other abilities like, e.g., ASD, Down syndrome, ADHD,....

We currently seek volunteers for tutoring. Flexible schedule.
