About the Role:

We are seeking a Volunteer Lead for our Discipleship & Faith Formation Pillar to guide programs that nurture spiritual growth, Christ-centered values, and character development among youth and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all programs under the Discipleship & Faith Formation Pillar

Mentor and guide Coordinators and volunteers

Plan Bible studies, mentorship programs, fellowship sessions, and youth ministry activities

Ensure programs align with AVET’s mission and Christ-centered values

Report progress and impact to the Founder / President

Represent the pillar in organizational meetings

Qualifications / Skills:

Passion for Christian discipleship and faith formation

Leadership and mentorship experience

Excellent communication, organization, and facilitation skills

Experience in ministry, youth mentoring, or discipleship programs preferred

Commitment to AVET’s mission and Christ-centered values

Time Commitment:

Flexible; includes weekly planning, program oversight, and scheduling sessions
