Chester County VITA Greeters needed!

The primary qualification for the position is to smile, greet and treat each individual as a guest of honor. As a Greeter, your responsibility is to manage the waiting area and welcome all taxpayers as a VIP. You will hand over intake forms to the taxpayers to fill out and offer refreshments and snacks if provided. After the taxpayers have completed their intake forms, you will introduce them to the next available preparer. This role is easy-peasy, but very critical as we strive to provide the best customer service in town!
