Join Our Heart-to-Heart Campaign
Every Heart Tells a Patient: "You Matter."
We invite individuals and groups to become part of something truly meaningful.
Our Heart-to-Heart Campaign brings comfort, kindness, and connection to patients during their hospital stay. Through this special initiative, volunteers deliver handmade hearts to patients when they are admitted. Patients keep these hearts throughout their stay and take them home as a reminder that their community is thinking of them, caring about them, and wishing them well.
How You Can Help
We are asking for volunteers to create hearts. Whether you make a few hearts or hundreds, every heart makes a difference.
The best part? We will provide the supplies needed to continue making hearts. As you or your group participates, we will gladly replenish materials so that your kindness can keep reaching patients throughout the year.

This assignment can be done once or ongoing. We welcome you to come to one of our facilities to create hearts or make them from wherever is convenient for you. We will share with you a template.
