Responsibilities

• Research keywords relevant to our mission and programs.
• Recommend on-page SEO improvements to our web content team.
• Analyze site traffic and engagement for growth opportunities.
• Track rankings, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Share monthly insights and recommendations with the team.

Ideal Skills

• Understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
• Comfortable with Google Analytics or Search Console.
• Ability to translate data into plain-language recommendations.
• Passion for helping good work get discovered.
