The Alliance for Resilience in Healthcare strengthens healthcare access in communities recovering from disasters. We focus on the period after the emergency response ends, when clinics, residents, nonprofits, and local agencies are often left trying to navigate a fragmented recovery system.

ARHC works with communities to identify where healthcare access is breaking down, map local resources, elevate resident experience, and turn that information into practical tools that help partners coordinate more effectively.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to support the recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and coordination of ARHC’s volunteer team. This role is critical to ensuring our volunteers are organized, supported, and connected to meaningful work that advances ARHC’s mission. You will work closely with ARHC leadership to strengthen volunteer systems, improve communication, and help create a positive volunteer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with volunteer recruitment, screening, and onboarding.

Coordinate communication with current and prospective volunteers.

Help match volunteers with roles based on skills, interests, and organizational needs.

Track volunteer availability, participation, and engagement.

Assist with maintaining volunteer records and documentation.
