Represent pregnancy center at community events

We are looking for friendly and outgoing volunteers to represent our organization at community events. As a Community Outreach Table Volunteer, you will help engage the public, share information about our mission and services, and create a welcoming presence at our booth or table.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Set up and take down the organization’s table, materials, and displays.
  • Greet event attendees and answer questions about our programs and services.
  • Distribute brochures, flyers, giveaways, or sign-up sheets.
  • Encourage people to get involved, donate, or sign up for newsletters or events.
  • Keep the table area tidy and stocked with materials.
  • Collect contact information or feedback as needed.
  • Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner.

Qualifications of Volunteer:

• • Comfortable speaking with the public and answering questions.
  • Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic about our mission.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Able to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Flexible schedule; weekdays and weekends.
