Descripción
The MetroWest Free Medical Program has been providing free care to uninsured and underinsured patients since 2004. Our services include Adult Medicine, Women's Health and Vision care. We are a critical part of the patient safety net in the are West of Boston. The majority of our patients are non-English speaking and ahed difficulty accessing care. We provide interpreters for our patients.
The MetroWest Free Medical Program is seeking volunteers for our Adult and Women's Health Programs. Adult Medicine has hours on Tuesday nights 3 - 4 nights a month and the Women's Health has hours on Thursdays 3 - 4 nights a week.
NP's and Nurses volunteer 1-2 nights a month for 3-5 hours a night.
