Patient Companion in Carbondale

We have patients in their own homes and senior living facilities in and around the Carbondale area who'd love to have a visitor (yes, just a visitor, no hands on care). In as little as a couple hours a month, you can make a lasting impact on our patients and their families. (Don’t worry, we will work with your schedule).
