Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review a broad variety of professional documents such as content, videos, infographics, articles, and other publications for the social media team.
- Follow progress on the content calendar to ensure all steps are completed within a timely manner (will require checking Asana and Slack throughout the day) to review and reassign tasks to team members.
- Review graphics in Canva to ensure all ARO and Norm Therapy® requirements are met.
- Edit content according to specifications for style, tone, and length.
- Ensure proper use of hashtags are included in each post.
- Ensure social media content meets style, formatting, and general quality standards.
- Attends monthly company meeting.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely reliable and dependable as it relates to a quick turnaround time.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Some background using Canva and Asana preferred.
- Must be available to volunteer 8-10 hours a week
