    🌱 About the Project

Join our ecosystem restoration initiative, where we are regenerating a once-barren 50-acre hillside—soon to become a lush rainforest. With potential expansion to 250 acres, this is your chance to help build a thriving ecosystem from the ground up.

We’re planting native trees, removing invasive species, nurturing saplings, and conserving biodiversity—contributing to both carbon sequestration and climate resilience. Our goal? To rebuild a self-sustaining rainforest ecosystem while supporting local livelihoods and promoting sustainable development.

    ¿Cómo llegar?
    • -- How to arrive at the project location ---------
    • From the Airport to Colombo by a bus or taxi (Bus costs less than 500 Rs and a taxi would be at around 5000 Rs max).
    • From Colombo fort bus station to Badulla / Balangoda bus. Its the 99 route. (If its Badulla bus you will get down at or near the Balangoda clock tower because Badulla is way past Balangoda. Cargills food city in Balangoda is a good location to check on maps. Its near the clock tower)
    • From Balangoda town, its ideal to take a Tuk Tuk to Rajawaka, where the project is located, ask us for the location map.
    • Remember you need to take the by road after the one the google suggests from the main road. The one google shows runs through a private land. The one google suggests is a Tarred/Asphalt road while the correct by road is the one that you will find 200M after the one that google suggests. Its a CONCRETE road just before a small bride on the main road runs alongside a small stream on to your right. Here is the location to the correct by road.
    • -- if you are coming from Down South ---------
    • Come to Galle.
    • Either take a highway bus to Kottawa interchange (Close to Colombo). It takes only 1 hour from Colombo on the highway.

OR take Galle to Balangoda Direct BUS operates daily at 1 PM from Galle. This bus arrives in Balangoda around 6-7 PM)

    • Then take a bus to Badulla / Balangoda bus
    • ALL THE OTHER DETILAS REMIANS SAME AS ABOVE AFTER THAT :)
