Children's Bereavement Support Group Volunteers needed

Stepping Stones Volunteer Training - We have an upcoming training on May 4, 2026, 9am-4pm for volunteer facilitators of our children's grief support groups.

PeaceHealth Hospice is looking for volunteers to be a part of our children's bereavement group called Stepping Stones. Stepping Stones provides support for children, teens and their families as they work through grief process. Volunteers are trained to listen and reflect with families who have experienced the death of a loved one. Hospice Volunteer Training is also required. Volunteers are asked to make a minimum commitment of one year to the program.

Hospice Volunteer training is a hybrid training with in-person and the online training to be done before volunteering can begin. Hospice Volunteer training will be May 2, 2026 from 9 am-4:30pm.
