Special Olympics Bowling Practice Season and Tournament

The Adaptive Recreation team is looking for volunteers to help with the Special Olympics Bowling Tournament and practice season.

Bowling Practice: Mondays: 9/14, 9/21, 9/28, 10/5, 10/12, 10/19, 10/26, 11/2

4:15 – 6:30 p.m.

UC Davis Memorial Union, Games Area (on campus)

Join us to volunteer for the Special Olympics Bowling season! Our athletes meet for 8 weeks to prepare for our Yolo County tournament. Your role as volunteer is to assist with lane set up, keep bowlers on track and cheer on our awesome athletes! Volunteers will be assigned to a lane and help our athletes learn the game and work on their skills.

Bowling Tournament:

Assist with set up, clean up and lane supervision at the Special Olympics bowling tournament. We are in need volunteers to be assigned to lanes to assist with flow of games and supervision and other tasks as assigned.

Volunteers will need their own transportation to and from the bowling alley. Volunteers must be 16+
