Hair Stylist and Barber volunteers help hospice patients feel special!

NorthStar Home Hospice provides care to people with life limiting illnesses who live in their own homes or assisted living facilities throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. As a licensed hair stylist or barber, you have an amazing opportunity to help hospice patients feel special!

By volunteering a few hours of your time each month, you can help people on hospice care feel good about themsevles with a fresh new hair cut and/or style!

Volunteers are an integral part of our hospice team! We provide ongoing support, comprehensive orientation/training, and screenings at no cost to you. Once you complete your orientation/training and screenings, we will strive to assign you close to your home or work, and based on your schedule and availability.
