The Real Wings seeks experienced, committed board members to help strengthen and grow our mentoring program for girls ages 10–15. Our program builds confidence, character, and life skills through etiquette training and meaningful experiences.
We welcome individuals with experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, finance, strategic planning, marketing, or community partnerships. Board members provide organizational oversight, guide planning, support fundraising, and serve as ambassadors for our mission.
Ideal candidates bring sound judgment, fresh ideas, and a willingness to actively contribute their time and expertise. Dependability, respectful collaboration, and follow-through are essential. Orientation and training will be provided.
