About Ancient Hearts Collective:

Ancient Hearts Collective (AHC) is a community organization located in South Central Wisconsin dedicated to reconnecting individuals and communities with the Sacred—within themselves, with each other, and with the natural world. Through inclusive, heart-centered gatherings inspired by global wisdom traditions, service, and nature-based connection, AHC fosters belonging, healing, and spiritual exploration beyond traditional structures.

We are currently forming our Board of Advisors in preparation for applying for nonprofit status.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Volunteer Treasurer to serve in an advisory capacity, helping guide the organization’s financial health and sustainability. This role focuses on financial oversight, planning, and reporting, rather than day-to-day bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial guidance to support organizational growth
• Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and goal setting
• Review and help present clear financial reports to the board
• Support financial transparency and accountability
• Advise on compliance readiness, including nonprofit and tax filings

Ideal Qualifications:

• Experience in nonprofit finance, accounting, or financial oversight
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting processes
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Integrity, reliability, and attention to detail
• Alignment with AHC’s mission and values of unity, service, and spiritual connection

Time Commitment:

Approximately 4–8 hours per month
