Volunteer at the Grand Bazaar of Petaluma - Oct 1-4, 2026

We need YOU to help make the 2026 Grand Bazaar of Petaluma a success! This huge charity Arts & Crafts fair is back October 2, 3 & 4 at the Petaluma Fairgrounds, and with 130+ vendors and thousands of shoppers expected, we need lots of great volunteers to help make the weekend run smoothly.

Whether you can give one shift, one day, or the whole weekend, your help makes a difference!

Proceeds from this event will benefit Micah’s Hugs, an inspiring local drug intervention charity dedicated to saving lives by educating youth about the dangers of substance abuse and Fentanyl poisoning. And Micah's will train all volunteers HOW TO SAVE A LIFE with Narcan and free Fentanyl test kits.

Positions we are looking for:

• Event Setup/Takedown (decorating, set tables/chairs)
• Vendor Assistance (welcome, direct, breaks, loading help)
• Parking Lot (direct cars to best spaces)
• Raffle Ticket Sales (actively promote to vendors & sellers)
• Post Signs & Banners (post around town about 3 weeks before event and pickup within 24 hours after event)

Last year, more than 3,000 community members attended and over $20,000 was raised for Micah’s Hugs. This year, with your help we can make it even bigger!
