Women of Winter, Inc. is seeking a Grant Writer, as a member of the Development & Fundraising Group.

Role Description:

Researches, writes, and submits grants to support program growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works with Board, Executive Director and Chief of Staff to identify and evaluate new funding sources to align with Women of Winter's mission.
• Draft grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and supporting materials tailored to funder requirements. Collaborate with Executive Director and Chief of Staff to create persuasive narratives.
• Manage a grants calendar to track application progress and deadlines.
• Works with Fundraising Coordinator to maintain relationships with grantors.

Hours/Week: 2–6 (Depending on Grant Due Dates)

Monthly Reporting: Submitted grants, deadlines, pending results and reports on grants received
