This role is perfect for someone who wants to help beginner students gain confidence in their speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Instruction: Lead engaging Twi language sessions (individual or group) focusing on vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation.
- Curriculum Development: Help create or refine lesson plans that incorporate cultural nuances, proverbs, and real-world conversational skills.
- Assessment: Provide constructive feedback to learners and track their progress over time.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Twi
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Twi and English.
- Patience & Empathy: A talent for breaking down complex concepts for beginners.
- Previous Experience: Teaching or tutoring experience is a plus, but a deep love for the language and a willingness to learn are most important.
