As a volunteer, you’ll learn how to communicate clearly, respectfully, and effectively across:

Sharpen Interview Confidence & Professional readiness.volunteers will also receive focused exposure to interview confidence-building and practical interviewing techniques.

This includes learning how to:

Communicate clearly and confidently in virtual and in-person interviews

Ask thoughtful, professional questions and respond with clarity under pressure

Navigate interviews across cultures, disciplines, and global institutions

Apply healthy communication principles in IHF interviews and beyond, supporting long-term career growth

These skills are intentionally designed to equip volunteers not only for roles within IHF, but also for future professional opportunities across sectors.
