Volunteer Website Maintenance Assistant

Overview

King Global Ministries is seeking a Volunteer Website Maintenance Assistant to help keep our website fresh, accurate, and user-friendly. You’ll support our mission by updating content, optimizing pages for SEO, and troubleshooting minor technical issues — all on a flexible schedule.

Note: Our main website design/redesign will be handled separately; this role focuses on content updates and basic maintenance.

What You’ll Do

• Update text, images, and other content on our WordPress website
• Optimize pages for search engines (SEO basics) to help people find our programs
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues or errors on the site
• Collaborate with staff to ensure content reflects our mission, programs, and events

Time Commitment

• 1–3 hours per week (flexible)
• Remote-friendly

Skills & Experience

• Comfortable using WordPress (experience with basic page editing, adding images, or posts)
• Familiarity with SEO basics helpful but not required
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Interest in supporting nonprofit communications and digital presence
