Affinity Partnership Coordinator

Descripción
We're looking for a friendly, proactive Affinity Partnership Coordinator to help us build relationships with other nonprofits, associations, and mission-driven organizations.
Many nonprofits and the communities they serve lack access to affordable legal resources. We want to change that by partnering with organizations that can help bring Talking Tree's tools to the people who need them most.
In this volunteer role, you'll identify potential nonprofit partners, introduce them to Talking Tree, and help establish mutually beneficial affinity partnerships that expand access to affordable legal technology.
This is a relationship-building role, not a fundraising position. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, believes in the power of nonprofits working together, and wants to help grow a meaningful social impact initiative.
What You'll Do
- Identify potential partners: Research nonprofits, community organizations, professional associations, and advocacy groups whose members or beneficiaries could benefit from Talking Tree.
- Conduct outreach: Reach out to prospective partners through email, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels to introduce our mission and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Build relationships: Connect with nonprofit leaders, program coordinators, and community outreach teams to discuss potential partnerships.
- Coordinate introductions: Help interested organizations connect with the Talking Tree team to establish partnerships.
- Support partner onboarding: Assist new partners in understanding available resources and how to introduce Talking Tree to their communities.
- Track outreach: Maintain simple records of conversations, follow-ups, and partnership progress.
- Share ideas: Recommend new partnership opportunities and ways to expand our community impact.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need a legal background or previous nonprofit partnership experience. We're primarily looking for someone who is enthusiastic about our mission and comfortable reaching out to new people.
Ideal qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable initiating conversations.
- Organized and reliable with follow-ups.
- Interested in nonprofit work, community outreach, partnerships, or social impact.
- Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, and basic online research tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience in nonprofit development, community engagement, business development, or partnership coordination is a plus, but not required.
What You'll Gain
- Make a meaningful impact: Help nonprofits and underserved communities access legal technology that would otherwise be financially out of reach.
- Build professional experience: Develop practical skills in nonprofit partnerships, community engagement, outreach, and relationship management.
- Expand your network: Connect with nonprofit leaders, community organizations, and mission-driven professionals.
- Flexible volunteering: Contribute remotely on a schedule that works for you.
- See your impact: Help establish partnerships that can make a lasting difference for organizations and the communities they serve.
Time Commitment
Flexible, remote volunteer opportunity. We're happy to work with volunteers who can contribute consistently, even if they have limited availability.

Please include a list of nonprofits or companies you plan to reach out to on behalf of Talking Tree.
Specifically, we are currently looking to partner with select nonprofits, and would love to explore a Partnership with any trade association, organization or nonprofit interested in offering their members discounted access to our suite of business management and contracting self-service tools, including industry-specific contract templates and other exclusive benefits. The partner organization would also receive a 15% revenue share of membership fees generated through the partnership.
