The Call
Milo Farm 501c3 is seeking aligned volunteers and committee members to serve as Earth & Energy Keepers / Land Wizards—individuals inspired by New Earth values who feel called to steward land, community, and consciousness.
Role Summary
These part-time volunteer roles support the care of Milo Farm’s land and community. Responsibilities may include hands-on land stewardship, sustainable and regenerative practices, ecological conservation, event and project support, collaboration with volunteers and leadership, and tending both the physical and energetic well-being of the land.
Qualifications & Alignment
Ideal candidates may have experience or interest in land management, ecology, sustainability, nonprofit or volunteer work, and community collaboration. High emotional and spiritual intelligence, creativity, adaptability, and a genuine love for the Earth are essential. Formal education is welcome but not required.

This role is for those who feel called to conscious land stewardship—Earth-connected humans who value mindfulness, Oneness, care for nature, and belief in humanity’s capacity to evolve.
