Descripción
Rise UP Mental Health Sanctuary, Inc. is seeking event-night volunteers to support the Red Tie Scholarship Gala at the Baton Rouge Marriott. Volunteers will help with guest flow and front-of-house support so the evening runs smoothly.
Volunteer roles (assigned based on need):
- Check-In / Welcome Table: greet guests, confirm names, direct guests
- Guest Services / Floor Support: help guide guests, answer basic questions, assist with transitions
- Runners: deliver messages/items between stations (check-in, coordinator, vendors)
- Hospitality Support: assist as needed during the evening
