Key Responsibilities:
- Review volunteer applications and profiles on Idealist
- Reach out to the volunteers via email or messaging platforms
- Guide volunteers through the onboarding process and help welcome them into the organization
- Maintain accurate records of active volunteers, including start dates, roles, and term lengths
- Track volunteer participation and support basic follow-up and communication
- Assist with general volunteer coordination as needed
Who You Are:
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple profiles at once
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, databases, and Idealist
- Interested in nonprofit work, community engagement, or volunteer management
