Back to School Bash volunteer

The Back To School Bash presented by the Wickliffe Family Resource Center is a great time for families to engage with community resources while getting ready to start school. The Back to School Bash is in our 6th year and we offer the following: Free School Supplies, Free Clothing & Toiletry items, Free Haircuts to students, light refreshments, and opportunity to connect with local resources and organizations.

When: Saturday, July 25th, 2026 from 10am to 1pm

Who: Our BTS Bash is open to all students including private and home schoolers (regardless of zip code or school district)

Where: The Campus of Wickliffe Schools - located at 2255 Rockefeller Road, Wickliffe OH 44092

• This event will take place indoors in the Commons

Opportunities for volunteers at the Back to School Bash include:

• Clothing shopping
• toiletry shopping
• school supply shopping
• non-perishable food shopping
• concession stand
• check-in
• floaters (help direct people where they need to go)
• day before set-up
• tear down
