    Descripción

Remote · Flexible hours · Project Hub #2 · Focus: workforce development, education, Louisville

Louisville's largest free tech-training pipeline, Code:You, graduates its last cohort in September 2026 — just as Kentucky's first hyperscale data center campus comes online in southwest Louisville. The jobs are arriving exactly as the on-ramp disappears. NTARI's answer is a teaching hospital for technology: one west or south Louisville building holding a small, revenue-producing data hall and a school built around it, where JCPS students, adult career-changers, and neighborhood residents learn IT and computer science on equipment mirroring the production floor — and advanced students work that floor through registered apprenticeships.

You'll write workforce-development, education, and community-economic-development proposals for a phased build: a partnership-and-pilot phase of roughly $150,000–$300,000 now, then a first permanent facility of about $1.5–3 million. Louisville funders — including the West End Opportunity Partnership's dedicated capital pool for exactly this kind of neighborhood-anchored investment — are the natural first audience.

A full concept plan already exists (site analysis, phasing, and the revenue model that keeps classes running between grant cycles); your job is turning it into fundable asks. Work is remote through NTARI's Slack grant desk, with peer review before anything is submitted.
