Seeking Treasurer to Support Non Profit Organization Activities

The Treasurer plays a vital leadership role in safeguarding the financial integrity and long-term sustainability of the Foundation. This position ensures responsible stewardship of all funds entrusted to the organization and supports strategic financial growth aligned with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial oversight by reviewing and submitting all proposed expenditures — including operational and capital expenses (such as equipment and furnishings) — to the Finance and Fund Development Committee for approval.
• Prepare and present clear, accurate, and comprehensive financial reports at each Executive Board meeting, and as requested, to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
• Maintain full oversight of the Foundation’s financial records, including budgets, financial statements, and audit documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the President, Vice President, and Executive Board to support strategic financial planning and organizational growth.
• Perform additional financial and administrative duties as needed to strengthen the Foundation’s fiscal health and accountability.
