Responsibilities include:
- Sorting shipped documents
- Pairing pick list/shipped documents with original purchase orders
- Create new folders or records, as necessary
- Uses alphabetical and numerical systems to organize documents and place them in the corresponding customer folder
- Maintain and organize customer files
- End of the fiscal year, clearing all folders in filing cabinets and box them

Instrucciones:
The assignment runs from April to September 2024
Monday-Thursday morning and or afternoons, Friday mornings only, 2 hours minimum
Great attention to detail needed for sorting orders numerically and occasional lifting of boxes under 25 lbs.
