Volunteers & Committee Members Needed Creatives Day 2026

Creative Emajinations is hosting our 3rd Annual Community-Wide Creatives Day on Saturday, June 13th, 1–4 PM! This citywide event celebrates creativity, community impact, and arts engagement for families across Kansas City.

We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers and committee members to help make the event a success. Volunteers and committee members will:

Assist with activity zones, games, registration, setup/cleanup, and the art supply drive

Help coordinate vendors, sponsors, and donations

Participate in monthly planning meetings to shape event strategy and community engagement

Support marketing, outreach, and social media promotion

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

Event-day support (games, crafts, face painting, Post-it wall, raffle, etc.)

Donor/sponsor coordination

Creative support for activities and displays

Committee member roles with strategic planning responsibilities

Qualifications:

Passion for arts, community service, and youth engagement

Friendly, reliable, and able to work with a team

Commitment to one or more monthly meetings and/or event day shifts
