Position: Administrative Services Volunteer

Location: Michigan Palliative and Hospice Care

Reports To: Volunteer Coordinator

Schedule: Flexible; Typically, 2–6 hours per week

Position Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Volunteer to support our hospice office operations. Your work will help ensure our care teams are supported and our patients and families receive the highest quality service

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
• Support scheduling and answering phones
• Call to confirm appointment and Quality Assurance

Core Responsibilities for All Volunteers:

• Follow Michigan Palliative and Hospice Care policies and procedures
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and organizational information
• Complete orientation and any required training
• Communicate clearly and promptly with the Volunteer Coordinator
