About the Role

The Awareness & Partnerships Lead is responsible for developing strategic partnerships and expanding awareness of the organization’s services, mission, programs, and brand. This role drives external engagement, fosters mutually beneficial collaborations, and leads awareness-building initiatives through events, campaigns, and joint outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership and awareness strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify potential partners and opportunities.
• Lead outreach efforts including cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Negotiate agreements ensuring alignment and legal compliance.
• Manage ongoing partner relationships and support needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, programs, sales, etc.) to execute joint initiatives.
• Track and analyze partnership performance metrics.
• Coordinate awareness campaigns, events, and collaborative activities.
• Create reports and recommendations for leadership.

• Partnership strategy plan

• Awareness campaign plans and results
• Monthly or quarterly partnership performance reports
• Stakeholder communication briefs
• Event and campaign documentation

Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

• Number of partnerships established
• Partnership retention rate
• Awareness growth metrics (traffic, sign-ups, engagement, etc.)
• Number of campaigns or initiatives completed
• Partner satisfaction scores/feedback
• Conversion or impact metrics from partner activations
• On-time delivery of partnership commitments
