- Lead with faith, integrity, and compassion in all decisions
- Offer input on programming, strategy, and partnerships
- Support fundraising, grants, and donor engagement
- Attend quarterly meetings and community events
- Promote SBNB through outreach and relationships
- Uphold organizational accountability and mission alignment
Qualification
*We seek faith-led, community-minded women who:
*Share a heart for healing, empowerment, and service
*Have experience in fundraising, events, marketing, nonprofit work, or ministry
*Can commit 3–5 hours monthly for meetings and outreach
*Are connected to Cleveland, Ohio or nearby areas
